HolisticHempScotland CBD oils provide a range of cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids.

Instructions

We recommend taking half a dropper under the tongue twice a day. Keep the oil in your mouth for 30 seconds to 2 minutes before swallowing. This allows for the oil to dissolve into the bloodstream, swallowing the oil straight away will reduce the bioavailability of the CBD.

If you are new to CBD products, we recommend starting with the lowest milligram dose, and work your way up until you find your optimum dosage.
