We use Royal Mail recorded mail for all our UK deliveries and most are delivered with 2 to 5 working days if free delivery is selected. You have the option during checkout to pay for 1st Class recorded delivery which is usually 1-2 days delivery, as well as special Next day delivery and Saturday special delivery, which are guaranteed Next day by 1pm if ordered by 3pm.

Order cut off for all online orders is 3pm Monday to Friday, any orders placed after that time will be treated as having been placed the next working day.

Although we have an overnight delivery booked, on rare occasions our courier service can have a delay and if your item has not arrived the next day, please always allow 1 more day for delivery, if you have not received your parcel within 2 days then please do contact us so we can investigate and solve the issue.

Returns/cancellations and after sales policy

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase or delivery of the goods. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must NOT start using the product. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any security seals, accessories and free gifts received with them. If any item bought from us is used by you after purchase, then we can no longer exchange or refund you for that product.

There are three ways to refund/cancel your purchase:

You can return the product to one of our stores with your emailed e-receipt and, if applicable, the card you paid with. When returning opened products to us, you should do so without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your decision to cancel.

Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid (except for the additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.

Refunds can take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:

  • If you return your product to a store without proof of purchase
  • The goods were used or tested by you and not a faulty product
  • If an E-Liquid or supplement bottle has been opened or tampered with.
  • the goods were a special order to your specification.
